On July 25, 2019, Payson Care Center in Payson, Arizona, hosted a free pancake breakfast for the community and fellow health care workers in the area.

Along with pancakes, associates served doughnuts, sausage, fruit, juice and coffee. Several community partners attended, including members of the Payson Roundup, Rim Country Chamber of Commerce, Banner University’s health plan case managers, Compassus Hospice, Hospice of Payson, Arizona Care Hospice, KMOG radio, Banner Payson Medical Center and Powell Place, a senior living community. Attendees also took tours of the building.

“It was great to have a breakfast so people could gather and Payson Care Center could show the services we provide to the community,” said Sheri Kovar, business development director.

The facility plans to hold the event quarterly.
