Payson Care Center in Payson, Arizona, was recently named a 2017-2018 U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Home.

 

U.S. News & World Report rates centers using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services covering health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care.

 

Payson Care Center is one of just over 2,000 facilities in the country that received the Best honor, achieving top nursing home status among more than 15,000 nationwide. Fewer than 15 percent of nursing homes nationwide received a Best rating.
